Following our Indian garden visit, Yolanda and I headed off to the Southbank, on a super-windy evening
where we were met Andy prior to the gig-of-the-year for all of us – Buffy Sainte-Marie playing at Queen Elizabeth Hall, her first London concert for 19 years. I had bought our tickets online the second booking opened and managed to get third row seats. What an amazing treat for all of us!

To say that Buffy was amazing is an understatement. It was an emotional rollercoaster of a gig, with drumming and Cree Indian singing interspersed with old and new numbers. She looked incredible, she sounded incredible and she gave off incredible energy. I’m not a music writer so instead I direct you to a fantastic review of the night here.
Special night - L to R - Andy, Buffy, Me, Yolanda
It was a very wonderful and special night. We all felt utterly blessed and blissed afterwards, having spent a wonderful evening in the presence of pure magick.

Great pics, my best friend Paul wants me to do an allotment blog picture special blog - maybe we should join forces on it.
You might like my piccie of my front garden, I'm far too lazy to claim any credit though.
Hi Rog - Yes, for sure! There are loads of great allotment blogs. Take a look at my bloglist for a few. Joining forces seems like a good idea to me.
LOVELY pic of your front garden. God bless Pat Hemmings, who clearly loves beauty.
