There's absolutely loads to catch up on but I've had a little setback and my right hand and arm have been too painful for me to sit down and type for about a week.

Sorry to hear you are not well.At this time of year you need both hands to stay on top of the weeds so it is not a good time to be 'out of order'.I hope you will be back to full strength soon.
